Welcome to Auto De Luxe! By accessing our website, booking tickets, or attending our events, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our website, services, and participation in events organized by Aver Media (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, refrain from using our platform.
 

Definitions

1.1 “Customer”: Any individual or entity using our services, including purchasing tickets, accessing the website, or attending events.

1.2 “Organizer”: Aver Media, the entity managing Auto De Luxe events.

1.3 “Policy”: Refers to our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which governs ticket delivery, refunds, and cancellations.

1.4 “Force Majeure”: Events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, and technical disruptions.

 

Scope of Services

2.1 Auto De Luxe provides an exclusive platform for luxury car and superbike exhibitions, ticket bookings, and related services.

2.2 The services include:

  • Access to event information and schedules.
  • Online ticket booking and delivery.
  • Customer support for event-related queries.

2.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice.

 

3. Booking and Ticket Purchase

3.1 Finality of Bookings:

All bookings and ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except as specified in our Refund Policy.

3.2 Customer Responsibility:
Customers must provide accurate contact information during booking. Any failure in ticket delivery due to incorrect information will not be our responsibility.

3.3 Payment Terms:
Payments must be completed through secure payment gateways integrated into our platform.

Any payment disputes initiated by the Customer may result in suspension of services and legal action.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions:

Any fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of payment methods will be reported to the relevant authorities.
 

4. Delivery of Tickets

4.1 Electronic Delivery:

Tickets will be delivered to the registered email address within 24 hours of booking. If not received, the Customer must notify us immediately.

We are not responsible for tickets lost due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

4.2 Presentation Requirement:

Customers must present their electronic ticket (email) for entry. Failure to present a valid ticket may result in denial of entry without refund.

4.3 Reissuance of Tickets:

Lost or misplaced tickets will not be reissued. It is the Customer’s responsibility to safeguard their ticket email.
 

5. Event Changes, Postponements, and Cancellations

5.1 Right to Modify Events:

We reserve the right to modify event details, including venue, date, and time, without prior notice. Such changes will be communicated to the Customer using the contact information provided.

5.2 Postponements:

For postponed events, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be provided for rescheduled events.

5.3 Cancellations:

If an event is canceled due to Force Majeure or other unavoidable circumstances, we will provide refunds per our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

5.4 Customer Notification Obligation:

Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details remain up to date to receive event notifications. We are not liable for failure to notify due to outdated or incorrect contact details.
 

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by Force Majeure events. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

 

7. Customer Conduct and Responsibilities

7.1 Compliance:

Customers must comply with venue rules and regulations.

Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

7.2 Prohibited Activities:

Unauthorized resale of tickets.

Recording or distributing event content without prior consent.
 

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, and event materials, is the intellectual property of Aver Media and is protected by copyright laws.

8.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of content is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

 

9. Liability and Disclaimer

9.1 Limitation of Liability:

  • We are not liable for damages resulting from:
  • Delays or disruptions in service.
  • Injuries, losses, or damages occurring during events.
  • Errors made by Customers, including incorrect ticket bookings or failure to follow event instructions.

9.2 No Guarantee:

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of event information provided on the website.
 

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Customer Data:

By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Security Measures:

We employ robust security measures to protect Customer data. However, we are not liable for breaches caused by third-party actions.
 

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation laws.

11.2 Customers waive the right to class-action lawsuits or claims against the Organizer.

Amendments to Terms and Policies

12.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and related Policies at any time.

12.2 Changes will take effect upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

14.1 Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale:

Customers are strictly prohibited from reselling tickets at inflated prices or through unauthorized channels.

14.2 Voided Tickets:

Tickets found to be resold without authorization will be voided, and entry to the event will be denied.
 

15. Event Photography and Media

15.1 Consent to Photography:

By attending an event, Customers consent to being photographed or recorded by event organizers for promotional purposes.

15.2 Prohibition of Unauthorized Recording:

Unauthorized recording or live streaming of event content is prohibited. Legal action may be taken against violators.

 

16. Waiver of Liability for Third-Party Services

16.1 Third-Party Vendors:
Auto De Luxe may engage third-party vendors for catering, parking, or other services. Customers acknowledge that these services are provided independently, and we are not liable for their performance or issues arising therefrom.
 

17. Website Use Restrictions

17.1 Prohibited Actions:

  • Customers are prohibited from using the website for unauthorized activities, including:
  • Attempting to bypass security measures.
  • Introducing malware or engaging in hacking activities.
  • Scraping data for commercial purposes.

17.2 Monitoring and Enforcement:

We reserve the right to monitor website activity and take necessary legal action against unauthorized use.

18.1 Customer Indemnity:

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Aver Media harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from their breach of these Terms or misuse of services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
 

20. Customer Support Service Levels

We aim to respond to all Customer inquiries within 24 hours.

20.2 Escalation:

Complex issues requiring additional review will be escalated to the appropriate team, with resolution timelines communicated to the Customer.
