3. Delivery of Tickets
3.1 Electronic Ticket Delivery
After successfully completing a booking or ticket purchase, an electronic ticket will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. It is essential that this email address is accurate and accessible. If you do not receive your electronic ticket within 24 hours of booking, please contact our customer service team for assistance. You must present this ticket email upon arrival at the venue.
3.2 Ticket Presentation Requirement
Customers are required to present the electronic ticket email received after purchase for event entry. There is no need to print the ticket. Ensure you have the email accessible on your device when you arrive at the venue. Aver Media disclaims any liability for issues arising from the failure to present the ticket email.

In the event of any modifications to the scheduled event, including but not limited to changes in date, time, or venue, we will notify you using the contact information provided at the time of booking. It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep their contact details current and accurate.
4.2 Event Cancellations
Should an event be postponed by the event organizers, we will provide information regarding rescheduled dates for the event. If an event is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, refunds will be issued. While we will endeavor to offer suitable alternatives, our primary aim is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing refunds in these exceptional cases.
